This Food Delivery Giveaway is a "No Obligation," one winner drawing. The winner will receive (7) days of service includes 2 meals and 2 snacks per day Approximate retail value of the combined prize is $297.50. The winner will receive this prize without obligation of any kind, including attendance at any sales presentation.

The physical location of the drawing is at the corporate office Chef in Charge Inc. 7539 Laurel Canyon Blvd., North Hollywood, Ca 91605. Sharon Asher is the designated supervisor conducting the drawing. All entry forms will be entered into the contest and the winner will be drawn. The winner will be notified by certified mail and by telephone within 30 days of the date of the drawing. If the winner cannot be notified or does not claim the prize within an additional 45 days, a second winner will be drawn by computer random selection. The winner will receive an information package outlining all details. The estimated odds of winning are 1 in 5,000.

The winning entry form must meet the following restrictions and conditions: 1) Every line on the entry form must be complete for eligibility to win. 2) A winning entrant must be at least 25 years of age. In the event the form first selected does not meet the above qualifications, another form will be randomly drawn from the computer to determine if all the qualifications are met. The first form that meets the contest qualifications shall be declared the prize recipient and is responsible for payment of any government-imposed taxes directly related to the service being provided and any personal expense incurred when utilizing this offer. By accepting the prize, the winner releases Chef in Charge its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, agents and their advertising, promotion and production agencies from any and all liability for loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death arising from the participation in this promotion. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of liability release prior to start of program.
